Know Your Pittsburgh Sports (Part One)

If there's one thing I hate more than the usage of "We" it may just be bandwagon fans. Well, not exactly all of them. I think it's great when a city's franchise turns its fortunes around and picks up its fair share of casual fans. It energizes the city and the team as a whole, and it's good for the sport. What I can't stand is those bandwagon fans who act like they've been along for the ride the whole time, and know everything possible to know about their newly-adopted crush...the guys who try to read up as much as they can so they can try to hold a conversation with other die-hard fans. Most of the time these clowns have no idea what they're talking about, spouting off some useless fact that would only be picked up in some obscure online blog somewhere. So I came up with Know Your Pittsburgh Sports, a short quiz to test yourself on basic sports trivia that any normal fan should know. In this first installment, we'll start with the Pittsburgh Penguins, since everyone is burned out on the Steelers and the Buccos haven't started unleashing their futility yet. Don't cheat, try to be honest and answer the questions off the top of your head. I have no way of knowing if you cheat, only you do, so if you do, shame on you for six weeks...
